Exhibit space sales for the 38th Forest Products Machinery & Equipment Exposition (Forest Products EXPO 2025), presented by the Southern Forest Products Association, are now open!
The three-day biannual tradeshow, to be held August 6-8, 2025, will return to the Music City Center in Nashville and provide attendees with solutions for nearly every stage of manufacturing.
From raw material handling to crane operations; metal detection and scanning technologies; log optimization, drying, grading, sorting, packaging, and distribution, customers new and old will be waiting to explore these solutions with you face to face.

All key contacts from EXPO 2023 should have received an email from Map Your Show to begin the booth registration process. If you did not receive this, please email expo@sfpa.org so we can get you set up.
To ensure you don’t miss any important Forest Products EXPO 2025 news, we recommend you whitelist the following domains:

EXHIBIT SPACE FEES
To be eligible for the Southern Forest Products Association Member (SFPA) discounted price, an exhibitor must be an SFPA Associate Member by June 30, 2024, and must renew the SFPA annual membership in January 2025.

Exhibit space rental includes:
- Colored 8’ high draped back wall and 3’ high draped side rails (for in-line booths).
- Standard black carpet for inline (10’ deep) exhibit spaces only.
- Booth vacuuming the night prior to show opening.
- Company listing in the official 2025 show program and on the EXPO website. Basic show program listing includes company name, address, phone number, website, and email. Exhibiting SFPA members receive color, their logo, and a 75-word profile for free; nonmember exhibitors must purchase each of these add-ons a la carte.
- Exhibitor Directory. (Exhibitor is responsible for entering/editing this information online in the Exhibitor Tools section of your Map Your Show profile.)
- Online exhibitor service kit.
- Two (2) complimentary badges for the first 100 square feet of space and one complimentary badge for each additional 100 square feet of space.
