BID Group, BE&E Form Supply, Outsourcing Partnership

BID Group and Biomass Engineering & Equipment (“BE&”\) have announced a strategic supply and outsourcing partnership. As part of this partnership, BE&E will acquire the Vibrapro brand and manufacturing operations located in Boise, Idaho, and the BID Group fabrication plant in Greenville, Kentucky.

On behalf of BID Group, I would like to thank the Boise and Greenville teams. You are the reason that this deal has such value,” said BID Group CEO Alistair Cook. “BE&E is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of bulk material handling systems, and we believe the preferred relationship between the two companies will provide an increased level of opportunity for our people and even more value for our customers.”

BE&E is a growing, innovative engineering services and machinery manufacturer specializing in bulk materials handling for multiple industries across the globe.

I am excited to welcome the Boise and Greenville teams into the family. This strategic acquisition and the partnership with BID Group fits perfectly into our growth plan and I am confident it will benefit our respective customers,” said BE&E CEO Dane Floyd. “The amazing BE&E growth required additional manufacturing space and a west coast facility to serve our growing customer base in that region. Our growth plan included adding vibratory conveyor and screening solutions and Vibrapro is well recognized for a very high-quality product. It’s not often one can find such a perfect fit.”

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

BID Group and BE&E are both associate members of the Southern Forest Products Association.
