Bruning & Federle has built its reputation as an expert in the design, fabrication, installation, and service of industrial pneumatic and material conveying systems and equipment.
The Statesville, North Carolina’s, systems are custom designed to handle customers’ specific airflow and product collection needs, including transfer methods for waste collection, material separation, or recycling as required. Each project is handled by a dedicated sales engineer who works with customers to identify their specific needs, create a tailored, custom solution, and oversee their project from start to completion.
Bruning & Federle provides everything a customer needs for onsite inspections, verbal evaluations, and recommendations ending with a written proposal including a CAD drawing and approximate lead times. The company also fabricates Carolina Blower and B&F fans and rotary airlocks. Each fan is calibrated with Schenck Fan Balancing software and tools.
The company can balance any type of fan, hammer mill, tub grinder, and mulch grinder. They also can roll and manufacture using metals up to ⅜” thick, including A/R plate, while its duct department can manufacture pipe 4″ to 92″ diameter in varying thicknesses of 12 to 20 gauge.
It also manufactures cyclones along with support steel systems for cyclones and bag houses.
