DO2 Industrial, founded in 1936, offers fully integrated mechanical fabrication from engineering to delivery, with service and support after installation, for various industries, forestry being among its largest. They also provide electrical cabinet design and fabrication as well as programming power to integrate DO2 Industrial equipment by working with their sister company, DO2 Control.
Their two main products are related to planer mill infeed and outfeed.
DO2 Industrial’s most known product is its DO2 Rapid Wrapper. What started as a specialized machine for lumber about 15 years ago has evolved into the ability to wrap panels and engineered wood products, including finished products using specialized solution. This equipment includes patented technologies to achieve a fully automated outfeed, with more than 50 DO2 Rapid Wrappers running on three continents.
A new design in 2018 created more flexibility among packages size capacity and speed in a smaller machine. With the capacity to print the product labels directly on the wrap, DO2 offers an automated outfeed solution that can fit all production. The company also offers other wrapper models to align with all types of production and can fit even the best-producing mill in terms of speed.
DO2 introduced its Tilt Hoist in 2023, bringing DO2 patented solutions to mill infeeds and improving that equipment to fit the current time machine and control standard, while increasing efficiency and reducing operator interventions.
